One request removes the address from every list we hold, permanently. No reply and no account needed, and we will not ask why.
We keep the address on a suppression list rather than deleting it. That is the point: a deleted address can be added back by the next import, and a suppressed one cannot. It is used for nothing else, and the privacy notice says so.
